Mental health professional in a welcoming office

Elizabeth D. Green, LCSW

Fully Licensed, Board Certified Psychotherapist
Director of ATL Behavioral & Mental Health Counseling

Elizabeth Green, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and the Director of ATL Behavioral & Mental Health Counseling. Originally from Silicon Valley, she is a retired Navy wife with three children in college. Over the past 15 years, she has worked as a community clinician and in private practice throughout Atlanta, addressing complex cases and challenging diagnoses. Bilingual, she has often carried triple the caseload, bringing experience, wisdom, and empathy to her work.

She specializes in working with the Medicare population, with an emphasis in gerontology—the study of aging. Her passion for psychology and helping clients who need long-term treatment makes this work a calling. She also coaches and mentors other counselors. Outside the office, she enjoys live music and spending time with friends and family. Her vision is to build a company that guides and trains the next generation of specialized family therapists in Atlanta, GA, at every level.

Clinical Supervision

As an Administrative and Clinical Supervisor, I offer supportive learning experiences in supervision. I work hard to maintain my skills and knowledge, and I hope to continue giving back to this fulfilling profession. I accept social work supervisees who need individual supervision and can attend in person in Canton. Contact our admin for assistance.
