Paige is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She graduated from California Lutheran University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in trauma. She has specialized training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions for individuals impacted by adverse experiences. Paige has extensive experience supporting adults and families affected by addiction, helping high-achieving women navigate ADHD and burnout, and guiding clients through major life transitions. Her approach combines attachment-based therapy with relational and practical strategies to help clients move toward healthier, more sustainable ways of living and relating.
